Travellers Notebook Layout | Best Friends

Since moving my studio around I have rediscovered my Traveller’s notebook inserts and decided that I need to print off some memories and get them in there. Using the Stampin’ Up! products from this months UglyBug Crafty Club.

Initially I had a plan in my head to split a piece of DSP and half it to show both sides of the beautiful paper but I hadn’t thought about it that well because when I flipped the paper it, obviously, didn’t line up and I had to go with plan B.

I printed the picture from my phone with my Polaroid Zip printerand backed it with 2 scraps of the designer series paper. I cut th peralised doilie in half and stuck that under the layers photo. I ended up grabbing some Old Olive card stock and cutting that to the size of the insert, I then added the patterned paper and stuck everything down with tear & Tape.

Even thought I had initially thought of die cutting my title I decided to use this sentiment out of the Love what you do stamp set. It is very fitting to the picture of Eadie and her bestie.
