I love to repeat stamp on my pages, repeat stamping is where you take the same stamp and go over a page several times, usually in a row by row or diagonal pattern to cover the page. Its a technique I’ve used many times, especially when I don’t have quite the right paper for a layout.
I also love to stamp with the same colour ink as the card stock which gives a lovely muted look and is what I chose to do on the right side of this layout. Life was made a bit easier for me as this side was a page protector side so I could stamp onto the card on my flat desk and then just slot it in. The stamping isn’t perfect… but then does it really need to be?
On the right hand side I kept the layers simple and flat as this book is already looking chunky and we’re not even half way through!
As always you can see the full process video at the bottom of this page. Enjoy!
